Abstract: BME and the BIO5 institute would like to invite all BME GIDP members to a BIO5 tour. The chair of the BME GIDP (Jennifer Barton) and the director of BIO5 (Vicki Chandler) would like to welcome you to our new home in the Keating research building. We will briefly talk about recent changes in the BME GIDP and then introduce you to BIO5 and a few core facilities available in the Keating building. You will be able to tour the ARL Biotechnology Computing facility (Nirav Merchant), the Genomic Analysis and Technology Core facility (Ryan Sprissler / Matt Kaplan) as well as the Proteomics core facility (Georg Tsaprailis).
