"High throughput microarray-based methods for analysis of eukaryotes"
-pdf

Abstract: Microarrays are based on the concept of immobilization of information content in two spatial dimensions.  We have been developing microarray-based platforms for high-throughput analysis of eukaryotic organisms, and this lecture will cover methods for analysis of global gene expression in a cell type-specific manner, for genotyping large recombinant populations, and for studying the interactions of proteins with other cellular components.
